Our MISSION is to provide customers around the world with the best and most convenient shopping experience possible and give an opportunity to purchase high-quality, natural agro products from the CIS countries, making them as procurable as possible. Moreover, we tend to protect our customers and simplify business process applying innovation technologies in the international trading system, namely, using a multi-portal www.wexport.com.

We offer you to buy wheat 1, 2,3, 4 and 5 class (forage grain), bran, barley, cattle feed and flour wholesale.

For grain suppliers and other agricultural products, we have an excellent offer - to sell grain (forage grain), wheat, flour, bran, barley wholesale at a bargain price in the shortest time. The origin of the goods is Kazakhstan and other CIS countries.

  2. Activate your account following a link which has been sent to your email address
  3. Use your username and password for login

There is the News header in the top line to the right on the main page of WExport.com Click the left button on it and go to this section.

You can change your Password via the 'Forgot your password?' link on the sign-in page.

  2. Enter your email address and then press 'Restore Password'
  3. The message will appear: 'The link for updating your password has been sent. Please check your email box'
  4. Check your email inbox and click the link on the email from WExport.com to change your password
  5. Enter a new password

If the email address that you used to sign up for a WExport.com account is no longer in use, or the password change email doesn't reach you, please Contact Us.

Your email address is your WExport.com account username for login.

The email address you enter when signing up will become your account username. It is also required for verification emails, change of the password, if needed, and sending notifications on your mailbox.

You can change your personal information on My Profile > Personal Information > click Update personal Information and amend the data > click Update.

To change a language please click on Flag icon on WExport.com Home page and select a preferred language from the drop-down list.

It means that this product was not found in Our Latest Deals. Please use Advanced Search for specifying your request or create your own request by clicking My requests > Submit request> Select product> Fill required specification and fields > Submit Request.

To disable Tooltips Mode go to Personal Account and in the top left click the yellow button next to 'Hint Mode'.

If you need further assistance (for example, with signing up or signing in) while using your WExport.com account, please contact WExport.com Consultant via Live Chat in the lower right corner of the page. In case, you have difficulties with submitting requests, deals and tenders or their details, you have an opportunity to submit an issue for Customer Support department.

You can change this information on My Profile > Company Details > click Update > amend the data > click Save.

Before you edit the Bank Details, please fill in the Company Details.

For your convenience, these markers indicate the number of requests, deals or tenders which require special attention (Active, Archive or Declined by You). Be aware that blue circles show requests/deals /tenders which have changed their status and appeared in the menu for your review. Yellow - the total numbers of requests/deals /tenders in a particular section of the menu.

On the home page under the WExport logo, enter your query (for example, wheat) in the search box and press ENTER. A table appears with a detailed description of the products and prices of the goods.

You should register on our site and submit a request for the purchase of this product, indicating the desired packaging in the comments of the request.

You can create a new request on My requests > Submit request > Select product> Fill required specification and fields > Submit request.

Your request was in a pending status, since we needed more information from your side to process it. We have not received any updates from you and after 3 days your request was automatically moved to Archive.

You can restore it by entering the additional (missing) information. Go to My Requests > Archive > Choose your request > Click Details > Click Update > Enter the requested information > Click Update.

When your receive notification that your deal is ready, we wait for you to accept the deal within the next 3 days. After this period of time deal without your confirmation is automatically moved to Archive. In other case, the invoice regarding deal is sent to you and you should pay for the Goods within 3 banking days. Otherwise, your deal is sent to Archive.

You can restore it anytime you need by sending recovery request. To perform this click My Deals > Archive > Choose your deal > Details > Request to restore.

When a deal is ready, we wait for you to accept it within the next 3 days. To perform this please click “Accept”, in case all the conditions work for you. In other case, click Decline. Please note that a deal without your confirmation will be automatically moved to Archive after this period of time. If you accept a deal and sign a contract, the invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible. Please pay for the Goods within 3 banking days. Otherwise, your deal will be sent to Archive.

Be aware that you have 3 days to make a decision and click “Accept” button. After this period of time the deal without your confirmation will be automatically moved to Archive.

In case of delay in making payment, a contract may be terminated unilaterally by us out of Court by notifying you that a deal is moved to Archive.You can restore it anytime you need by sending recovery request. To perform this click My Deals > Archive > Choose your deal > Details > Request to restore. You will be notified by email, when the deal is restored from archive.

The next stage is Delivery (shipment) of Goods which is carried out within a discussed period and according to the scheme specified in the contract.

For your convenience, 10-digit Tracking number (e.g. KZ00000123) is generated by our system in order for you to check location of goods. You can find it in the details of your deal. Please go to “My Deals”> click “Active”> in the tab select “Goods In Transit” > select the deal > click “Details”> under the menu "Documents" find Your Tracker ID information.

It is also possible to enter Tracker ID on Home page of wexport.com under Search panel by clicking on the yellow bar to the left “Track Order”.

Please go to “My Tenders” in your Personal Account, click on “Submit tender”> Select product> Fill required specification and fields, following the prompts > click on “Create”. This option is available for buyers only.

Please go to “My Tender” in your Personal Account, click “Active”> Select the tender > click “Details”> click “Update” > edit fields you would like to modify > click “Update”.

Please go to “My Tender” in your Personal Account, click “Archive”> Select the tender > click “Details”> click “Update” > edit fields you would like to modify > click “Update”.

Your tender fails if none of product suppliers participates in the bids, or the price for goods specified in the tender request is too low. In this case, the manager can suggest you taking part in the second stage of the tender on new conditions, or purchasing an alternative product.

Please register on WExport.com as a supplier and add your goods to our database. Our managers will immediately contact you regarding the supply of grain or other products.

This option is available only for suppliers of goods and gives you an opportunity to change the status of your products to the priority one and move them on top, using Our Special Offer. It allows you to sell your goods on the most favorable terms for a short time, since our managers pay extra attention to Special Offers and make deals for those products first.

To do this go to My products > Available > pick the necessary product from the list and click Details > push yellow button Special Offer under the name of a product > click OK in a pop-up window.

To do this go to My products > Available > pick the necessary product from the list and click Details > push red button ‘Cancel’ in the right window ‘Your Special Offer’ > click OK in a pop-up window.

Tender is a special procedure to contract goods at a specified cost or rate via bids. The buyer sends the request to create a tender, specifying price and characteristics of goods which they would like to purchase. The manager creates the tender according to this request and announces the beginning of bids, as a result of which contract is concluded on the most favourable conditions.
